We run our own servers, these are physical machines we have handpicked for performance and reliability. If there’s a problem we are hands on to fix it, we are NOT reliant on a third party for technical support. Our servers are hosted in a dedicated hosting facility in the West Midlands area. This facility has diverse power and internet connectivity, all access is strictly controlled and the site is monitored by 24x7 CCTV. Aside from our main hosting facility we also have a number of backup servers around the UK to cater for extreme circumstances.

We offer two hosting options for Content Managed Sites:

OPTION 1

Hosting Only: £20/Month or £200/Year
We’ll host your website & database and your designer is free to look after your website maintenance. If there’s a technical issue either you or your designer can get in contact with us and well work with you/your designer to resolve the issue.

OPTION 2

Hosting and maintenance: £45/Month or £500/year
In addition to hosting your website we’ll also provide advice and minor maintenance/updates for your website.

Email Hosting

With both hosting options we provide email hosting for up to 10 email accounts with comprehensive spam and virus
filtering. You can access your email via webmail, pop or imap, all secure and encrypted.
